Is a deposit required?
Diamond Deposit: $2,000 Non-Refundable fee, which will be deducted from your package total to secure your date.
Damage Deposit: $2,000 Refundable and is required 120 days prior to your date.
When is the final payment due?
Diamond in the Rough requires a final payment 120 days prior to your event, at which time payment is no longer refundable. We encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance through your own provider.
Is there an option to hold our date?
We will offer a one week hold policy at no extra charge without a deposit. After one week, the date will be released back as available.
What is your cancellation policy?
The Diamond Deposit is Non-refundable, but is transferable to another party upon approval. Date transfers will be considered on an individual basis.
Is the venue pet friendly?
Yes, we are very pet friendly as traditionally Diamond in the Rough was an active farm. Under the conditions that the pet is always on a leash, is not disruptive to the event, always under supervision and waste is discarded, pets are welcome.
Can we book our own vendors and what time can our vendors arrive for set up?
We welcome you to have the event you imagined with the vendors of your choice. However, we do offer a variety of local vendors for you to choose from. Vendors are invited to set up at 10:00am.
What is allotted for the event rental time?
On the day of your event you have full access to Diamond in the Rough from 10:00 am to midnight. Additional time can be added for a rate of $200 until 1:00 am and then a further $200 every 30 minutes following.
Are there any restricted items or decor?
We regretfully do not allow:
~Fire lit candles
Do you have linen rental options?
Yes, we are able to provide your linen options through our venue. This includes table linens, napkins, table runners and more. We can place your order and will provide FREE drop off and pick up through one of our vendor partnerships.
Do you have any decor available onsite for rent?
Yes, we have a wide variety of decorations and decor for individual rental that will compliment the rustic or chic style to suit your wedding visions. We will be adding to these options ongoing. Please stay tuned for more decor.
Is there onsite camping available for our guests?
Yes, we invite your guests to bring their tents and RV's to stay on site in our non-serviced camping area for a minimal one time fee of $20 per unit, per night, for the duration of your event.
When can we book a tour to view Diamond in the Rough?
We will invite you to book your tours now, as we are always pleased to show couples around. However all tours will be pending covid restrictions at the time of the tour.
Do we need to obtain any insurance for the wedding?
~At Diamond in the Rough we require a $5 million event liability insurance.
~You will need to list our owners and physical address as an additional insured.
~We encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance through your company.
